Cardio coaching provides an opportunity for individuals to exercise safely and efficiently. It is ideal for those who feel they cannot afford personal training. And, it allows the them and their trainer to track activity outside of the studio – thus ensuring success.

For the first time, you can exercise doing what you like, tennis, hiking, biking, and actually see the results and experience the rewards of committing to a program that works!

Here’s how it works:

1. Initial assessment

The initial assessment will include the BodyAge Assessment, and an automated, non-exercise, Polar Own Index Test that will give a quick, safe and accurate method of determining Sub-max VO2, RHR and Predicted MHR.

2. "Keep U Fit" cardio program

With this information using the Proprietary Polar Keep You Fit Cardio Program, you and your trainer can choose a current activity level, how many days a week you want to workout and whether you want to maintain, improve or maximize your performance.

3. Weekly motivation, download and program changes

A Weekly cardio program will instantly be downloaded to your F11 HRM – (watch). Imaging having a virtual trainer on your wrist when your trainer can't be with you. Each week you will be scheduled to return to meet your personal trainer to download the previous weeks F11 HRM data. At that time a comparison to the established program and adjustments or changes will be made.

4. You are not alone

Your fitness coach will be with you every step of the way through continuous follow ups. Being accountable to someone other than yourself will greatly increase the probability of success.
