A six week cardiovascular intense program consisting of full body strength training and lots of cardio. [top]
Do I need to be physically fit to do boot camp?
No. Grunt! Bootcamp is for everyone. NOBODY will be left behind
or asked to do more than they are capable of doing
safely. No one will go home unchallenged! Women of all ages
and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will
slightly increase in intensity. [top]
What types of exercises are included in the boot camp program?
Exercises include: crunches, short distance running/walking,
lunges, core strength training, grass drills, circuit training,
urban hiking, medicine ball work, push-ups, modified Pilates and Yoga, plyometrics, partner drills, agility and power drills. [top]
What is wellnes Coaching?
Wellness Coaching is a relationship based on a dialogue between a Fitness Coach and a client where the Coach provides assistance to broaden the understanding of fitness benefits and how best to integrate purposeful and joyful activities in your daily life. [top] |
