www.shapeclub.com Online Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount, starting at $50.00. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. To purchase an Online Gift Certificate, your credit card must have a billing address within the United States. The recipient of an Online Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate Verification Code that is redeemable only at our studio. The code is activated within 24 hours after receiving the e-mail.

Buying Online Gift Certificates

• Go to our Online Gift Certificates page.
• Step 1: Fill in the form and submit it.
• Step 2: Fill out the order form and make your purchase.
• Step 3: A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your purchase is complete.
• The recipient will also recieve an email notifying them of the purchase and instructions on how to redeem their gift.

• Online Gift Certificates are only purchased through www.shapeclub.com.
• Once
• Codes are activated within 24 hours after the email is received.
• If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total purchase amount, the recipient will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase.
• If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total amount of service purchased, the balance amount will be stored with their ShapeClub account for their next purchase.
• Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
• We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

• No sales tax is charged when Gift Certificates are purchased online; however, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates will be charged applicable sales taxes.
